Property Compliance Victoria partnered with Web Force 5, alongside Racket Agency, to redesign its website on our Continuum platform ahead of several scheduled marketing campaigns. The project focused on enhancing visual appeal, streamlining navigation and improving the overall user experience for homeowners and property managers.
Project Scope & Objectives
Focused on supporting homeowners and property managers in implementing rental minimum standards effectively, the redesign aimed to enhance visual appeal, streamline navigation, and ultimately improve user experience in preperation for a number of scheduled marketing campaigns such as EDM’s, paid social ads, social media marketing and Google Ads.
Step 1.
Research & Analysis
Conducted a thorough analysis of the existing website, identifying pain points in the user journey and areas for improvement.
Step 2.
Wireframing
Developed low-fidelity wireframes to visualise the new user flow and obtain feedback from the client. Iterated on the wireframes to address any concerns and ensure the proposed changes aligned with the client’s expectations.
Step 3.
Design Mock-ups
Created high-fidelity mock-ups using Adobe XD, incorporating the brand’s visual identity and design guidelines. The mock-ups showcased a visually appealing and user-friendly interface.
Step 4.
Integration & Testing
Once the design was finalised, we proceeded to integrate it into the Continuum platform. Thorough testing was conducted to ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices, as well as to identify and resolve any potential issues.
Conclusion
The Property Compliance Victoria website redesign delivered a modern, user-friendly experience with improved navigation, strong visual appeal and seamless integration with the Continuum platform. Through the successful collaboration between Web Force 5, Racket Agency and the client, the website now provides a scalable foundation for ongoing optimisation, maintenance and future growth.
